WORK WITH A SPECIALIZED COACH
We have a variety of coaches, ranging from nationally board-certified health coaches to registered dietitians. All coaches are trained in Lifestyle Medicine and Behavior Change science.
OUR PROGRAM WORKS
In our pilot study, we administered our lab-kits to seven Terra mentees to check for high-risk factors linked to chronic diseases. We discovered a total of 25 high-risk values amongst the seven people.
Each mentee was paired with a Health Coach and together, they collaborated to create a personalized Terra Health Coaching program. As a team, they worked to integrate the unique programs into their lives.
Five months later, we re-tested these mentees and found only 8 high-risk values amongst all seven.
These results demonstrated dramatic, but expected improvements. This documented reduction in chronic disease risk and improvement in overall health for our pilot mentees was the assurance we all needed. Terra Health Coaching started small, but we’ve been growing ever since!
