We educate our mentees on the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine: Nutrition, Physical Activity, Stress Management / Mindfulness, Positive Relationships, Sleep and Substance Management.


We integrate beneficial and achievable behavioral change goals into our mentees' lives on an individual basis. Our coaches work with Terra users to introduce positive changes into their lives in a manageable and obtainable way.


We motivate and support our mentees throughout their coaching journey. There is a universality to healthy engagement with the six pillars of lifestyle medicine. For example, every individual will benefit from adequate amounts of sleep and proper nutrition. However, we must honor the fact that everyone is on their own unique journey to better their lives, and for many of them, change will be difficult. Support during the successes and failures of mentees must be reassuring and consistent, as meaningful change is not an overnight occurrence.



Terra Health strives to empower our mentees to live full and prosperous lives. Emergency medical procedures and pharmaceutical medicine is crucial in emergency situations, but pharmaceuticals do not create an thriving support system for sustaining healthy human lives. Crutches assist our bodies in healing a broken leg, but are not meant to be depended on forever. Lifestyle Medicine is a healthcare philosophy that supports the body's natural way of operating and regenerating.


Developments in healthcare and medical technology throughout human history have been astounding! The 20th and 21st centuries have seen developments that continue to discover new frontiers on the frontlines of medical science. Terra welcomes all of these advancements, while focusing on the underlying framework of what empowers the human body, mind and spirit.

The time is NOW

Oftentimes the most difficult step towards progress is the first step. There is never a better time than the present, and right NOW is the time to take control of your life. Time is all we have in this world. With that in mind, how do you want to feel and what do you want to do with the time you have?

Progress, not Perfection

Focus on progress instead of perfection. Perfection is a direction, but not a place to land. Embracing this concept keeps mentees motivated, encourages learning, gives mentees reasons to celebrate, and promote sustainable changes. Coaches help mentees feel empowered by the progress they have made and the obstacles they've overcome!

A great plan leads to great success. We aim to help you set yourself up to be in a position where you have control over your environment as opposed to making reactive decisions. Plans can change and fail, but charting a course is what gives us the best chance of success!

Thinking about how your decisions will affect you in a few hours and a few decades is crucial. Ask yourself if your decisions:

  • Throughout our lives, the individual roads we travel down are never smooth. We face breakdowns, bumps and flat tires. Terra is here to help mentees along these roads, and it is a health coach's place in a mentee's life to hold them accountable for their choices and to give them honest and reliable support on their journey towards progress.
